Retired Firefighter Hunting Enthusiast Family Man

Tim Thomas is the heart and soul behind SureShot USA. As a dedicated father and retired firefighter, his years of service instilled in him a deep sense of commitment and leadership that now drives every aspect of our company's mission.

Throughout his firefighting career, Tim learned the critical importance of reliable equipment and split-second decision making. These same principles guide his approach to developing tactical shooting equipment that professionals and enthusiasts can depend on when it matters most.

Now, alongside his amazing wife who has wholeheartedly supported his pursuit, Tim is channeling his lifelong passion for hunting into this exciting venture. SureShot USA is the culmination of a dream, driven by his experience, integrity, and love for the outdoors.

Dr. Stephen Kerr

Co-Founder & Chief Innovation Officer

Army Veteran Trauma Surgeon Product Designer Author

Dr. Stephen Kerr brings a unique combination of military service, medical expertise, and product development mastery to SureShot USA. As a US Army Reserve Veteran who served as a trauma surgeon in Afghanistan in 2003 during Operation Enduring Freedom, he understands the critical importance of precision equipment in high-stakes situations.

Beyond his military and medical background, Dr. Kerr is an accomplished product design and development expert, and author of the book "How to Develop Your Product Idea Without Going Broke." His systematic approach to innovation ensures that every SureShot USA product is both revolutionary and practical.

Dr. Kerr played an integral role in the design and development of both the TacEdge Collapsible Stock and Elite Marksman Precision Cheek Rest, bringing his unique perspective on human factors engineering and battlefield-tested reliability to create products that truly make a difference.
